Paper Craft Crew Wednesday!

Where has the time gone!  It is snowing again, no big surprise.  Well we have a fun sketch from Paper Craft Crew that will help you bet the winter blues.  I used spring colors to brighten the day. Here is the sketch:

 I was thinking Spring when I created my card. This is what I did with the sketch:

I used the new fringe scissors from Stampin' Up! that is in the new Occasion catalog.
