Mojo Monday and Color Throwdown

Today I combined the sketch from Mojo Monday 266 with Color Throwdown 217 . I would have never of thought of putting these colors together, but once I started putting the card together I liked it and will use them again together.  Here is the sketch and colors:

So what do you think?  The colors worked well together. Here is what I used.

Thank you Veterans and Active Military

I want to say a BIG THANK  YOU to all the Veterans, Active Military, and their families for all that they do to keep us safe.  This is my Thank you card that I am sending out to them:

 The saying on the side says  Soldier  Because of your bravery, courage, and sacrifice, liberty & freedom are still ours.  We are deeply grateful.   I am sending a box of cards to the soldiers with this Thank you card.

Hi friends today I found an awesome sketch at Retro Sketches and a great color combination at UDI. 
This work happen when I combined the two.

 So what do you think?  I wasn't so sure about the colors but once I put the card together I really liked them together.
